1. Who can use Heartlink

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One account per person; your profile must represent you, with your own recent photos.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. By posting it you grant us a licence to display it to other members as part of the service. You are responsible for what you post — nothing illegal, hateful, misleading or belonging to someone else.

3. Community rules

• Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech and threats lead to an immediate ban.
• No commercial activity: advertising, solicitation or selling to other members.
• No scams, catfishing or requests for money from other members.
• Report behaviour that breaks these rules — we review every report.

4. Purchases

Premium subscriptions and virtual gifts are digital services delivered instantly. Prices are shown at checkout in USD and include applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled in Settings; see our Refund Policy for details.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, to keep the community safe.

6. Disclaimers

Heartlink is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep the service available and safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or the conduct of other members. Always exercise caution when meeting people online — and especially offline.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are resolved by the courts at the registered office of [Company Name SIA].
