1. Premium subscriptions

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time in Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. If you cancel within 14 days of your first purchase and have not made substantial use of Premium features, you can request a full refund of that first payment.

2. Virtual gifts

Virtual gifts are delivered to the recipient instantly and are therefore non-refundable once sent, except where the delivery failed for technical reasons attributable to us.

3. Failed or duplicate charges

If a payment was charged but the item was not delivered, or you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact us within 30 days — we will refund the affected charge in full.

4. How to request a refund

• Email billing@dating.afflab.lv from the address on your account.
• Include the date and amount of the charge and a short description of the issue.
• We respond within 5 business days; approved refunds reach your card in 5–10 business days.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.
